| Abstract/Citation: | The Act on Working Conditions contains regulations of a general nature. More specific rules are dealt with in the Decree on Working Conditions. These rules needed to be amended after the promulgation of the new Act on Working Conditions. The most important amendment relates to the introduction of the system of the administrative fine (subsection 3.1). It also amends the rules regarding legally obligatory certificates and the registration of dangerous substances. The amended Decree on Working Conditions enters into force at the same date as the Act on Working Conditions 1998. |
