Abstract/Citation
Amends the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992. Where a disablement pension with unemployability supplement is increased in respect of a child, and the beneficiary is one of a couple, provides that the increase shall not be payable in respect of the first child if the other person's earnings are 135 pounds a week or more (versus 130 pounds previously) and in respect of a further child for each complete 17 pounds by which the earnings exceed 135 pounds.
