| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Jobseeker's Allowance Regulations 1996. Prescribes the meaning of "an employment programme" for the purposes of the Jobseekers Act 1995 relating to the circumstances in which a jobseeker's allowance is not payable to a person even though he satisfies the conditions of entitlement. Adds a new programme to the list of programmes in the Regulations. |
