| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes, by order of the Secretary of State for Social Security, for the increase in the rates of public service pensions. These are the sums which are the additional pensions in long term benefits, namely additional pension entitlements accruing to employees in respect of earnings after 5 April 1998. For pensions which began before 7 April 1997, the increase is 3.6 per cent while for those which began after that date, the increase varies. |
