Appoints 5 February 1998 as the day upon which the revised Code of Practice on Disclosure of Information to Trade Unions for Collective Bargaining Purposes which is being issued by the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service under section 201 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 will come into effect.
