Abstract/Citation
Amends the Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/1814) and the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987 (S.I. 1987/1971). Makes minor amendments to these regulations and amends the Housing Benefit Regulations with respect to rent officer determinations and the calculation of the maximum rent on which housing benefit may be paid in the case of, subject to exceptions, single claimants aged 25 or more but less than 60, and further restricts the maximum rent for other claimants.
