| Abstract/Citation: | Amends and adds several sections covering, inter alia, s. 67a (duty for municipalities to assist disabled persons), 109 (rules to limit power abuse), 109 a-e (various rules of security within municipalities), 109 f-m (procedure and legal handling of cases, including appeal) of the Social Service Act. Contains several amendments and additions to the Act respecting legal security and administration in the social field, including ss. 28 (administrative rules), 44 (competence of social council over municipal matters) and 72 (rules of appeal). |
