| Abstract/Citation: | Amends and adds several sections covering, inter alia, s. 19 (equality of treatment between Danish citizens and persons deprived of citizenship), 24 (3) (amount of pension), and 33a (sharing of financial competence between authorities) to the Act respecting pension for civil servants. Contains numerous amendments to the Civil Servants' Act which include ss. 52, 52 a-b, 54 b-j (appointment of members to the Administrative Court and administrative rules) and 58d (appeal). |
