| Abstract/Citation: | Amends several sections covering, inter alia, s. 54 (decision procedure) and adds s. 9a (right for municipality to obtain financial assistance for certain activities under the Act) to the Act respecting legal security and administration in the social field. Adds s. 27a (special additional parental benefit in certain cases) and amends s. 128 (reimbursement to municipality) of the Social Service Act. |
