Abstract/Citation: Amends several provisions covering, inter alia, ss. 47 (rehabilitation arrangements made by municipalities for integration purposes), 51 (1) (concrete procedures for rehabilitation arrangements), 60 (vocational training offers by employers in certain circumstances), and adds ss. 47a (duty for municipalities to develop rehabilitation activities) and 47b (financial means and their use) to the Active Social Policy Act. Amends several provisions covering, inter alia, ss. 8:1 (cases where daily cash benefit is repealed), and 37 (1) (duty for recipient of daily cash benefit to provide information) of the Act respecting daily cash benefits in case of sickness or maternity.
