Second Region

Amends the Muslim Law Act (C. 3 1985 revised edition) to provide for the continuance of the function of the Majlis Ugama Islam, which shall administer Muslim religious matters. Also makes amendments regarding divorce and adds a new Third Schedule on financial provisions relating to trust, wakaf, nazar and mosque.
