Abstract/Citation: | Governs the offer and conclusion of contracts, including sales and purchase contracts, gift contracts, loan contracts, lease contracts, lease-finance contracts, technology contracts, construction contracts, and work contracts. S. 4 provides that parties have the right to voluntarily form a contract in accordance with the law, and no entity or individual may interfere with such a right. Provides for the suspension or termination of contract in cases where one party acts in bad faith or becomes unable to meet the obligations of the contract. Part 7 deals exclusively with breach and liability for breach of contract. Work contracts, i.e. contracts for the production, processing, or repair of items by another party, are specifically covered by Part 15. |
