Abstract/Citation: Amends the Retirement Age Act so as to provide that employers may reduce the wages of workers who are over 60 years of age by up to 10 per cent. Workers who do not agree to a wage reduction may be retired by their employer. These provisions shall apply only to employees who attain 60 years of age after 1 January 1999.
