Amends the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 by renaming the Health and Safety Agency for Northern Ireland as the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland, providing for the Executive to enforce the provisions of the Order of 1978, and providing for the Executive to provide the Employment Medical Advisory Service.
