Amends several sections covering, inter alia, s. 1 (establishment of a single Employment Market Fund to finance public expenditures under different Acts), s. 2 (sources of income for the fund), s. 3 (contribution for employed persons) and s. 4 (annual adjustment of contributions). Repeals ss. 5-6A. |
