Abstract/Citation
Amends the title of the Act on insurance for consequences of occupational injuries to: Act respecting protection against consequences of occupational injuries. Amends numerous provisions covering, inter alia, ss. 6 (payment by employers of expenses due to occupational accidents); 22 (2, 4) (travel expenses for medical treatment purposes; administrative rules); Chapter 8 (employers' insurance duties); ss. 55 (1, 2, 3) (administrative rules and appeal); 60 (invalidity of certain insurance agreements); and 67 (sanctions against employers failing to subscribe to an insurance). Adds Chapter 9A (establishment and operational rules of the Labour Market Occupational Disease Insurance) subsection 55A (rules of appeal), and repeals s. 8. Adds subs. 168c (conditions to liquidate an insurance company), s. 251 (2:2) (administrative rules), and repeals Chapter 23A of the Act (No. 746 of 1996) regarding insurance activities.
