| Abstract/Citation: | Contains 13 sections covering, inter alia, renewal of agreements under the scope of Annex A (conciliation proposal), right to holidays, right to child-care leave, rules governing disputes, and three annexes (conciliation proposal, and agreements concerning aviation staff). Repeals s. 25 (5-7) of the Act (No. 632 of 1997) respecting daily cash benefit in the event of sickness or maternity, and subsection 4 (1c) of the Act (No. 744 of 1997) respecting labour market funds. |
