Annexed is the general strategy of development for Kazakhstan in several fields: economy (investment, industrial policy, entrepreneurship), health, education and prosperity of Kazakh citizens (employment policy, social protection and fight against poverty, migration), energy resources, infrastructure, transport and communications. Also annexed is the programme of action of the Government until the year 2000 which includes a strategy for social development and employment.
