Abstract/Citation: Amends sub-sections 2-4 of section 611 of the Civil Code regarding compensation in cases where an employer violates provisions regarding non-discrimination in hiring. Also amends the Labour Courts Act with regard to claims made under s. 611 of the Civil Code.
