| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Law on Bankruptcy (Statute Book No. 217/1905, juncto Statute Book No. 348/1906). S. 67 provides for a new section 237 of the principal Act, which governs the right of a debtor to dismiss any employees. Wages and salaries owed by debtors shall be counted as part of their debt. |
