Abstract/Citation: Amends several provisions covering, inter alia, ss. 13 (1) (right to cash benefit for 26 weeks after childbirth), 14 (2), 15 (2) and 16a (4) (extends period of 24 weeks to 26) and 16a (4) (cash benefit in case of adoption); adds subsection 4 (daily cash benefit for father during 26 weeks after childbirth) to s. 13 of the Act No. 632 of 1997. Amends ss. 7 (1) (paid leave for mother due to childbirth), 10 (3) (duty for male employee to inform his employer about paternal leave), and 19 (2) (penal liability) of the Act No. 875 of 1994.
