Second Region

Defines the crimes of riot, violent disorder, and affray. Persons may be charged with riot if 12 or more persons together use or threaten unlawful violence. Requires advance notice of public processions, and allows the Chief of Police to prohibit public processions or assemblies if they threaten public order.
