| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for several minor amendments, and amends ss. 14 (establishment and rules for branches of Working Environment Council), 66 (competence of Council), 67 (composition of Council), 68 (financing of the Council's and its branches' activities), and 81 (appeals procedure). Adds ss. 14 (a) (competence of Council branches), 15 (a) (obligation for employer to make available instruction on occupational safety), 66 (a) (project proposal from Council to Labour Minister), 68 (a) (use of funds) and 68 (b) (transfer of competence from Working Environment Fund by 1 January 1999). Adds a new chapter after s. 80 (establishment and of Working Environment Institute), 81 (a) (appeals procedure) and 82 (3) (composition of the Working Environment Tribunal). |
