The Notification contains sections implementing EC Council Directives (Nos. 89/391 of 12 June 1989, 90/394 of 28 June 1990, 90/679 of 26 November 1990 and 93/88 of 12 October 1993). The 11 sections cover, inter alia, scope of application (work conditions for crew not covered by the Working Environment Act, definition of Danish aircraft), conditions for right to and execution of medical examination, method and result of examination, appeal's procedure and sanction.
