Abstract/Citation: Inter alia provides that a family is entitled to a family benefit if the average monthly per capita income of the applicants family, earned during the calendar year preceding the allowance period, does not exceed a sum corresponding to 50 percent of the average monthly wage as defined by the President of the Central Statistical Office for retirement purposes for the same calendar year. The right to benefit is established for a 12 month period beginning on 1 June and ending on 31 May of the following calendar year.
