| Abstract/Citation: | Defines groups of persons insured by the social security scheme entitled to social insurance benefits in case of sickness and maternity. Such groups include persons working on the basis of agency or mandate contracts as well as members of agricultural production cooperatives and their relatives. The basic scale of social insurance benefit shall consist of the average monthly income calculated on a period of 12 months during which the person concerned was insured prior to the month in which entitlement to social insurance benefits becomes effective, or, for a shorter period, on the actual period of time in which the person was insured. |
