| Abstract/Citation: | Defines institutions authorized to provide vocational training in the form of refresher courses, conditions of conducting such training as well as conditions to be fulfilled by persons applying for such training. Authorized institutions shall be identified by the local chief representative of the State administration (voivod) who shall issue authorizations for conducting such training courses after assessment of submitted applications. Such applications for authorization shall include information as to facilities, teaching programmes, and qualifications of the teaching staff. The Order does not define the term "dangerous substances". |
