| Abstract/Citation: | Specifies the meaning of the term "hazard" and provides for the right to a lump-sum in the event of a damage caused by ice, continuous of rain, hot-dry air or flood. The amount to be paid is calculated, according to the product and the total of the damage, ranging between 20 per cent and 75 per cent. |
