Abstract/Citation: Amends numerous acts (inter alia, the Penal Code of 10 March 1987, the Act against Unfair Competition of 20 February 1990, and the Federal Disciplinary Ordinance of 20 July 1967) to prohibit certain forms of corruption and to prescribe sanctions. Prohibits the acceptance of bribes in the private and public sector. Allows public servants who have violated prohibitions against bribery to be paid a monthly sum in exchange for information about corruption.
