Amends ss. 3 (21) (amount of benefit for person disabled before 24 years of age), 9 (benefit and leave conditions for person in charge of child at health institute), 15 (6-11) (assistance to parent provisionally without means), and 16 (moving allowance to find work). Moreover, the Act also contains several minor amendments.
