|Abstract/Citation:||Prohibits the employment of children under the age of twelve in specified industries (including carpet-making, cement manufacture, tanning, soap manufacture); proscribes the employment of children under fifteen in railways and ports. Children employed between the ages of fifteen and seventeen shall be provided prescribed periods of rest.|
