Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive regulations governing occupational safety and health. Owners of workplaces shall ensure safety and health of employees, and employees shall cooperate with employer and assist in taking care of other employees. Requires the reporting of accidents, occupational diseases or other dangerous occurences at the workplace. Provides for the appointment of a Commissioner for Labour, who may in turn appoint occupational safety officers, who shall have the power to inspect premises and enforce the Ordinance. The attached Schedules set forth notifiable diseases and occurences.
