To be read with Act No. 17 of 1959 which is referred to as the original Act as amended. Provides for the amendment of section 3 of the original Act by adding two paragraphs concerning the crimes committed against public safety and those committed in violation of the provisions of paragraphs (a) and (b) of Act No. 34 of 1952 concerning Arms and Ammunition. It also provides for the amendment of section 8 concerning the period of time during which the Court is obliged to consider a case.
