Second Region

Requires all social organizations, including trade unions, to have as their sole principle "Pancasila", the principle of life of society, nation and state. Chapter VII allows the government to suspend or dissolve an organization if it undertakes activities which disrupt public order or security, or if it adheres to the doctrines of Communism.
