Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive regulations concerning payment of jobseeker's allowance. Part II is about jobseeking. Chapter II contains detailed provisions on the requirement to be available for employment. Chapter III sets forth steps a person must take to establish that they are actively seeking employment. Chapter IV contains provisions as to attendance by the claimant and the provision of information and evidence. Part III deals with conditions of entitlement, including waiting periods before entitlement commences. Parts IV-VIII deal with young persons, definition of a claimant's family, and contributions. Part IX provides for a "hardship" payment and defines cases of hardship.
