New regulations implementing new amendments (No. 56 of 1996) to Chapter 4 of the National Security Act (Act No. 12 of 1966; consolidation through 21 December 1990 in ISN 31560). Regulates the following subjects: section 1-1 (payment), 2-1 (benefits in case of insolvency), 2-2 (combination of benefits), 3-1 (calculation of benefits in relation to labour market activities), [Chapter 4 to be issued], 5-1 (conditions for receiving benefits during creation of self-employment), 6-1 (lay-offs in certain establishments), 6-2 (benefits during Christmas and Easter vacations in relation to lay-offs), 6-3 (methods of payment), 6-4 (breaks in periods of lay-off), 6-5 (lay-offs due to labour conflicts or lay-offs in the fishing industry), 7-1 (child allowance - level), 8-1 (fishermen - scope), 8-2 (income from fishing - calculation of benefits), 8-3 (relation to other benefits), 9-1 (coordination of benefits), 10-1, 10-2, 10-3 (methods of payment).
