Abstract/Citation: Inter alia, provides changes according to which a working permit allows foreigners to apply for residence permit related with the performed occupation on the territory under the following conditions: 1) if the foreigner is employed through the Ministry of Education to teach foreign languages or matters being taught in foreign languages; 2) if the foreigner has accomplished medical studies in Poland and has to carry out an one year pratical traineeship in public health establishments.
