Abstract/Citation
Provides for the creation of commissions in each region of the Republic (members, procedure, organization and financing) and for its tasks and competencies. The commissions shall settle disputes between workers and employers linked to labour relations and the respect of labour contract when the parties cannot reach an agreement.
