Rozporzadzenie Rady Ministrow z dnia 28 maja 1996 r. w sprawie przygotowania zawodowego młodocianych i ich wynagradzania
According to the Labour Code a "young person" means a person who is between 15 and 18 years old. Employment of a person under 15 is therefore illegal. Vocational preparation can take the form of vocational training or training for performance of a specific job. Vocational training is aimed at a young person's preparation for work as a skilled worker or a journeyman and it includes practical vocational training organised in the employer's establishment. Training for performance of a specific job is aimed at a young person's preparation as a trained manual worker and may concern jobs which do not require vocational training. Also determines procedures to be followed by the employer and his obligations towards young workers. Young persons are entitled to receive a remuneration during the period of the vocational training or training for performance a specific job.
