| Abstract/Citation: | Identifies and regulates cases in which some public institutions create supplementary incomes by providing services to the private sector. In such cases, allows for a remuneration exceeding the amount fixed by law for civil servants. These institutions inter alia include institutions of higher education, cultural institutions, lower bodies and offices of the Ministry of Finance and other Ministries. |
