Abstract/Citation: Provides for conditions and procedure for leave and part-time work. Concerns workers with children whose disability is linked with psychic or physical development and who are not able to be independent. Disability is evaluated by a specialized commission. The right to leave or part-time work is granted to only one of the parents if they have a full time job, or to the parent who is alone, to care for the child. The right can also be granted to one employed parent if the second is not employed and is unable to care for the child.
