| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987 (S.I.1987/1971). Inter alia, creates a new maximum rent in the case of certain single claimants who are under 25 years of age, and makes provision for local authorities to refer applications for a rent allowance by young individuals to rent officers and to inform them that the application is from a young individual. |
