Abstract/Citation: Specifies requirements for receiving the back to work bonus provided for by the Jobseekers Act 1995. One of the requirements is that claimants return to work or increase their hours of, or earnings from, work, with the result being that they are no longer entitled to either income support or jobseeker's allowance. Also contains provisions relating to the calculation of the bonus.
