Abstract/Citation: Establishes a Nigeria Processing Zones Authority, which is responsible for administering any export processing zones. The Authority is also responsible for resolving any labour disputes in the zone in conjunction with the Ministry of Employment, Labour and Productivity (s. 4). There shall be no strikes or lockouts for a period of ten years following the commencement of operations within a zone (s. 18(5)). Repeals Nigeria Export Processing Zones Decree 1991.
