Abstract/Citation: Amends the provisions of numerous social security regulations to exclude certain persons from entitlement to certain non-contributory benefits if their rights to reside or remain in the UK are subject to any limitation or condition (ss. 2, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 11). Also makes provisions in respect of asylum seekers and sponsored immigrants who, except in certain circumstances, are denied income related benefits (ss. 3,7,8).
