Abstract/Citation: Establishes the rules for the employment of minors under the age of 15 in accordance with Article 301.3 of the Labour Code. Contains provisions regarding periodical medical examinations, working hours, rest periods, etc. Minors of more than 14 years but less than 15 need a written consent from their parents or guardian(s). Minors under 14 must have their employment contract signed by their parents or guardian(s).
