| Abstract/Citation: | Foreign citizens may engage in labour activity on the basis and under the procedures established by legislation and international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In matters of labour relations, health care and social security, they shall have the same rights and bear the same obligations as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. |
