|Abstract/Citation:||Comprises of 11 articles. States that Parties to the agreement (the owner and the workers as a whole) shall have equal rights in the working out of the agreement. The workers are represented either by the general assembly of workers, by a trade union or by any other empowered body. The agreement shall establish, inter alia, the wage payment system, the working conditions and the specific benefit scheme.
