| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Local Government Superannuation (Scotland) Regulations 1987 to take into account the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994, which abolished existing administering authorities. The Regulations provide for the superannuation of staff who transfer on 1 April 1996 from employment with the abolished local authorities to employment with the new authorities or other specified public authorities. |
