Regulates investigations of accidents and death aboard ships. All accidents resulting in material damage, loss of life or incapacitation of a person for more than 72 hours shall be reported. Sets forth powers and duties of investigating officers and regulates investigation and hearing procedures. Made under the Liberian Maritime Law.
